Aside from the rich, historical buildings, monuments, cemeteries, etc., Savannah Georgia also has two important Civil War Historic forts, Fort Jackson and Fort Pulaski National Monument. There are also beaches just east of Savannah to enjoy, as well as rivers with riverboat tours.
